The new Sabre 58SE is finally navigating warmer waters. Our third rotation of the Down East Yachting Crew hopped aboard earlier this week in Beaufort, NC and made their way through the Lowcountry with stops in scenic Charleston and Hilton Head. I’m sure our new Sabre 58SE turned a lot of heads as she cruised into her first stop in Florida at the always popular St. Augustine harbor. The Sabre 58SE is performing like a rock star on her journey south. Our fresh Down East Yachting delivery crew is on the job for Leg 2. Albeit they are not quite as photogenic as the crew from Leg 1, we can report that they had a great run from NYC to Cape May the first day. We hear they had a wonderful time navigating the Deleware Bay, the C and D Canal, and the top half of the scenic Chesapeake Bay on the second day. Check out the all-new Sabre 58 Salon Express! This impressive new model and her delivery crew have quite the winter adventure ahead. Hull #5 left the factory in Raymond, Maine in balmy December and was launched in Portland, Maine for extensive sea trials with Sabre’s engineering team into early January. Our Down East Yachting crew showed up on the scene and completed Sabre Yacht’s first-ever virtual orientation with flying colors.
