OCELOT, a 38 Whisper Jet built at Ted Hood's Little Harbor Yacht Yard in Rhode Island, was launched in 1999. Now purchased by Hinckley. Throughout its years, OCELOT has received professional maintenance and servicing, ensuring its continued quality and performance on the water.
This agile vessel, has just had the outdrives/buckets and port shaft refurbished by KraftPower – a very reputable company with over 55 years of experience.
Ocelot has a Joystick Control System JSC3200TJ, installation of complete system and sea trial. This is a direct swap-out CPU and it is plug-and-play with integrated bow thruster offers precise maneuvering for easy docking.
Paired with air conditioning, it ensures comfort on board. The Garmin 7212 touch screen provides intuitive navigation assistance, enhancing the overall boating experience.
The cockpit's aft transom bench-style seating provides a comfortable area for relaxing or enjoying the view. The power-adjusting Stidd chair to starboard offers ergonomic support for the captain, while the L-shaped settee/nav station to port creates a versatile space for entertainment or dining.
A survey done in 2023 – estimated the boat’s value between $195,000-$200,000, with a replacement cost of $800,000 – this is a great deal!
This vessel does have some cosmetic updates to be done (Stidd Chair needs reupholstering, the aft deck needs to be refurbished, and there are a few scratches on the exterior hull – all could be easily fixed for a reasonable cost – but she is solid and her engines and Hamilton Jets are in tip top shape – hence the why this is such a great deal.
Exceptional Value: With vessels priced well over $200K, this boat offers a rare opportunity to own a high-caliber vessel at a competitive price point.
Superior Quality: This boat is designed to stand out amongst its peers in terms of performance, durability, and overall quality.
Investment-Worthy: Investing in this boat not only guarantees a prestigious status but also promises a reliable and long-lasting watercraft that will exceed expectations.
This unique opportunity presents a chance to acquire a top-tier boat that will undoubtedly outshine others in its class.
